Why is the video not streaming well?

Slowness issues can be contributed for a variety of reasons. Here are a few to consider when the site seems slow.

You are using a wireless connection - depending on your connection, wireless speeds can vary widely and drop-off unexpectedly. Test the speed of your internet connection Here.

Your wired internet connection is slow - depending on your ISP, you may experience a drop in connection during busy hours.
Try other websites - are they also slow? Then the connection is the issue.

Uploading large files will be slow, especially on DSL or other internet connections that have slow upload speeds.

Regional internet issues can result in temporary slowness while the issue is occurring.

You have too many tabs open in your browser, or you are using too many apps.

There are a variety of websites that make suggestions on how to fix internet connection issues. Check with the system administrator at your location to see if they can help you figure out the issue. You can try a computer at a different location, and you can also check out some suggestions from a few sites below or search for this information in your browser.

What is “streaming” video?

Streaming is easy and allows you instant access the our videos.  The video are not downloaded on your computer, you can view them through our state-of-the-art video platform as many times as you want.

You can view video streams on a Mac or Windows computer, and IOS and Android mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, etc.). To ensure optimal viewing experience, please make sure that your have installed all relevant computer updates and are using the most recent version of your bowser.

The viewing quality of the streams is dependent on the speed of your Internet connection. We recommend broadband Internet speeds of 1.5 Mbps minimum, although our Adaptive Bit Rate (ABR) Delivery accommodates a range of viewing conditions by delivering higher qualities to faster internet connections and lower qualities to slower internet connections based on connection and cpu speed.

How can I present an iPad or iPhone on a Projector Screen?

Can I have several people logged in at the same time?

With your subscription, you may have up to three (3) simultaneous users accessing the site at the same time. If you need more than 3 simultaneous users, please call a sales representative at 877-329-0575 to discuss.

How do I cancel the service?

You may cancel subscription to the service at the end of the term for which you have subscribed. For 6 month subscriptions, you cancellation date would be at the end of the six month term. For yearly subscriptions, cancellation would be effective at the beginning of the next month after the 12 month term expired. Payments for the subscription are made in advance and no refunds will be issued.

Can I pay with a purchase order or by invoice?

Yes. Qualifying organizations (fire departments and other government organizations) may purchase a subscription to the service using a purchase order.  Please call 877-329-0575 for assistance.

Can I broadcast a video on a local cable or television service?

Broadcast rights for videos on this service are available, however you must secure approval by speaking with a customer service representative at 877-329-0575 first. Additional fees may apply.
